At Ding, we’re unusually particular about how a gift leaves us.

Occasionally, a gift box arrives with a tiny dent, light mark or cosmetic imperfection — something many people may barely notice, but something our team wouldn’t normally put into our presentation-grade collection.

The mooncakes inside?

Exactly the same Ding quality.

So instead of wasting perfectly good packaging, we’ve created Perfect Inside.

What you receive

So what’s different?

Only the presentation standard.

Your outer gift box may have a small cosmetic dent, mark or blemish.

There is no fixed location or appearance because every box is different.

The mooncakes themselves are freshly prepared and individually packed to our normal standards.

Would we normally sell these?

Technically, many of these boxes could easily pass unnoticed.

But our normal Classic collection is intended for customers who expect presentation-grade gifting, and our QC standard reflects that.

Rather than quietly mixing these boxes into regular orders, we’d rather be completely transparent — and give customers who don’t mind a small cosmetic imperfection a genuinely good deal.
