Return & Refund Policy
We offer returns and exchanges, subject to the following terms below:
- Did you receive a wrong item? Is an item missing? Are your mooncakes delivered crushed? Contact us immediately. All disputes must be raised within 60 minutes of arrival so that we can verify your request and take action as soon as possible. Clear, close-up photos and videos will be required when raising a dispute. Should your request for missing/wrong item is raised after 60 minutes, we will review the possibility of an exchange on a case-by-case basis. We can arrange for an exchange to be sent to you as soon as possible.
- Exchanges are not allowed if you want to change your order.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been opened before, or not in original condition.
- Should there be any unreasonable demands by the customers, the company may at its own discretion to ban the customer from further harassing and wasting the resources of time, equipment and monetary wastage.
