By using this website (https://www.dingmooncake.com) and placing an order with Ding Mooncake, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

2. Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Delivery

We aim to fulfil all deliveries on your selected date, but delivery times may vary depending on location, logistics, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays due to third-party logistics are not grounds for refund. We recommend choosing a delivery date at least 1 day before your intended celebration date for time-sensitive gifts.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • A 3.5% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment providers.

  • If you cancel your order within 14 days of your scheduled delivery date, a 60% cancellation fee will apply in addition to the 3.5% charge, as your order would have already entered preparation and fulfilment stages.

  • Please make any changes or cancellations well in advance to avoid these fees.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following circumstances:

You may request an exchange or refund if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • An item is missing

  • Your order arrived damaged or crushed

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 60 minutes of delivery for immediate assistance.

  • Provide clear, close-up photos or videos for verification.

  • If your report is made after 60 minutes, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The item has been opened or is not in its original condition

  • You want to change your order due to personal preference

  • Damage occurred after delivery due to improper storage

We reserve the right to decline unreasonable or dishonest claims. Customers who repeatedly abuse the return policy may be restricted from future purchases.

6. Product Information

All mooncakes are handmade using premium ingredients. Minor surface imperfections or slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products. These are not considered defects.

7. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure online checkout. For special arrangements such as PayNow, please contact our support team via WhatsApp.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, copy, branding, and product packaging, is the intellectual property of Ding Mooncake and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ding Mooncake is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of gift purpose, delayed delivery, or customer dissatisfaction due to subjective taste.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
